Kevin is the President of ProcuRET and brings over 35 years of experience in procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management to ProcuRET.
Kevin was a co-founder of Impendi Analytics, a procurement consultancy based in NYC, which was acquired by Accenture in 2024.
Kevin has also served as Chief Procurement Officer at several multinational companies in the US and the UK.
John Mitchell
John is the Chief Financial Officer at ProcuRET, with extensive finance experience across retail, technology, and distribution.
He has led strategic planning, capital management, and operational finance at both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth ventures.
John’s cross-industry expertise supports ProcuRET’s mission to deliver cost savings for multifamily real estate owners and operators.
Ted Ashley
Ted is the Head of Client Services at ProcuRET, where he leads member onboarding and drives client engagement to ensure long-term success.
With over 15 years of consulting experience, he specializes in helping organizations improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and unlock sustainable value.
Ted is passionate about building strong client relationships and aligning ProcuRET’s solutions with each member’s unique goals.
His strategic guidance and hands-on support make him a trusted partner throughout the client journey.
Kyle Welch
Kyle has 10 years of experience as a management consultant and procurement professional specializing in strategic sourcing and transformation programs.
He has led large-scale sourcing initiatives across the financial services, manufacturing, and hospitality sectors, delivering millions in annualized savings.
Kyle joined ProcuRET as a Category Executive to enhance the flooring, remediation, and tail spend category offerings, driving value for members through improved contracts, enhanced spend and compliance tracking, and stronger cash flow impact.
Teresa Ramsey
Teresa is a seasoned sales and category management executive with over 20 years of experience in the wholesale parts industry.
She has held leadership roles at Ferguson and HD Supply, where she developed deep expertise in MRO and paint categories.
As Category Executive, she leads strategy, supplier partnerships, and cost-saving initiatives across both categories.
Teresa is known for building high-performing teams and delivering strong results through data-driven strategy and trusted client relationships.
