Kevin is the President of ProcuRET and brings over 35 years of experience in procurement transformation, strategic sourcing, and supply chain management to ProcuRET.
Kevin was a co-founder of Impendi Analytics, a procurement consultancy based in NYC, which was acquired by Accenture in 2024.
Kevin has also served as Chief Procurement Officer at several multinational companies in the US and the UK.
John Mitchell
John is the Chief Financial Officer at ProcuRET, with extensive finance experience across retail, technology, and distribution.
He has led strategic planning, capital management, and operational finance at both Fortune 500 companies and high-growth ventures.
John’s cross-industry expertise supports ProcuRET’s mission to deliver cost savings for multifamily real estate owners and operators.
Daniel Furente
Daniel is the Chief Technology Officer at ProcuRET, bringing over a decade of experience in data engineering and architecture. His background spans a diverse set of industries, ranging from alternative asset management to analytics systems for Class I U.S. railways.
Through his technical leadership, Daniel has helped ProcuRET deliver a best‑in‑class reporting suite that enables clients to gain deeper spend intelligence and drive measurable savings through advanced analytics.
Teresa is known for building high-performing teams and delivering strong results through data-driven strategy and trusted client relationships.
Teresa Ramsey
Teresa is a seasoned sales and category management executive with over 20 years of experience in the wholesale parts industry.
She has held leadership roles at Ferguson and HD Supply, where she developed deep expertise in MRO and paint categories.
As Category Executive, she leads strategy, supplier partnerships, and cost-saving initiatives across both categories.
Teresa is known for building high-performing teams and delivering strong results through data-driven strategy and trusted client relationships.
Charlie Morgan
Charlie brings with him over 8 years of procurement and sourcing experience. He joined us from Proxima, Bain & Company's procurement consulting arm, where he gained knowledge in Facilities Management, Real Estate, and other industries.
At ProcuRET, Charlie is a leader in Client Relationship Management and heads up all new category development. He is known for his skills in developing strategic relationships with new members and suppliers, and has delivered strong cost reduction results across numerous member programs since joining ProcuRET.
Charlie holds an Engineering degree and Master Certificate in Advanced Procurement Management from Michigan State University, and is also a Certified Professional in Supply Management and Diversity (CPSM/CPSD).
Jack Higinbothom
Jack is a Senior Category Specialist at ProcuRET, bringing years of procurement consulting experience across a wide range of categories within the hospitality and consumer goods sectors.
He has built his career advising organizations on strategic sourcing and operational efficiency, developing deep expertise in complex procurement environments.
In his current role, Jack manages the flooring and remediation categories, where he leads sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, and cost saving initiatives.
Jack is known for delivering measurable results through data-driven decision-making, strong supplier relationships, and a collaborative approach to solving client challenges.
Logan Beier
Logan is a Category Specialist at ProcuRET, leading the development and execution of cost savings projects across MRO, paint & appliance parts categories.Â
He leverages his strong background in analytics and technology to drive strategic procurement decisions for multifamily owner/operators. Prior to ProcuRET, Logan served as a Category Manager at Xcel Energy, leading the sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management for key industrial and technological categories.
Nadya Wilkinson II
Nadya is a senior accounting professional with expertise in technical accounting, financial reporting, and complex lease accounting for billion-dollar public companies.
She has led key accounting functions including ASC 842 lease accounting, financial statement disclosures, and technical accounting analysis, while managing large portfolios of operating leases. Nadya is known for her analytical rigor, attention to detail, and ability to streamline processes that strengthen internal controls and improve reporting efficiency.
She brings a strategic and collaborative approach to finance, translating complex accounting issues into clear insights that support sound decision-making and scalable growth.
Jacob Myer
Jacob is a Data Analyst at ProcuRET, specializing in data validation and visualization for client reporting.
Jacob develops and supports interactive dashboards that drive smarter procurement decisions and deliver measurable results for clients.
Jacob earned his degree in Mathematics with a minor in Business from Purdue Fort Wayne, where both his academic training and experience as a collegiate and professional athlete helped build his analytical thinking, discipline, and collaborative approach—qualities that define his work today at ProcuRET.
Ty Hafen
Ty is a Data Engineer at ProcuRET, where he develops data pipelines and systems that support procurement analytics and business insights. He focuses on building reliable, scalable data solutions that enable data-driven decision making.
Ty has worked on enterprise applications in the healthcare and nonprofit sectors, with experience managing large data systems and supporting complex data workflows.
